Automatic machine for filling and assembling of liquid air fresheners in small glass bottles

The machine is designed for filling of liquid fragrances in small glass bottles and assembling them with plastic caps and wooden bodice. It is based on two 12-positional synchronous rotary indexing tables. Dosing of the fragrance is performed by servo drive. This guarantee high accuracy and speed of dosing and ensures easily correction of the dosing volume. Feeding of the glass bottles, plastic caps and wooden bodice is automatic by electromagnetic vibratory bowl feeders and linear vibratory transport systems. The control of all processes is performed by a programmable controller SIEMENS / S7-300.
