Automatic production line for PVC packages for liquid air fresheners
PURPOSE:
The line is designed for producing double or three-layer PVC packages for liquid air fresheners. It is based on mechanical elements of “BOSCH” – Germany. The line is asynchronous with satellites. It consists of the following items:
automatic setting of foil from store magazine;
punching holes for fragrance;
vacuum forming;
high frequency welding (closed contour);
punching the finished product.
The control of all processes is performed by a programmable controller SIEMENS / S7-200.
Options:
labeling of the holes for fragrance.
