Filling system for liquid and viscous products with servo drives and transport system

Machine is designed for filling shampoo, conditioner, detergent and more in a stable packaging (bottles, cans and buckets). Bottles are manually loaded on the transport system. Dosage and movement of the needles is performed by servo drives, which guarantees high accuracy and speed of dosage and ensures easily correction of the dosing volume. This also allows filling of highly aerated products. All necessary parameters for the different bottles are stored in memory of the controller and the operator selects only the number of the bottle. The control of all processes is performed by a programmable controller SIEMENS.
