Weight dosage machine
The machine is designed for weight dosage of gel in jars. It is based on 6-positional rotary indexing table. Jars and caps are loaded into store magazines. Dosage and lifting of the jars is performed by servodrives and other actuators are driven by linear modules with stepper motors. The system controls weight of each jar and automatically correct the dosage, so the needed weight can be easily made. All parts which contact with product are made of stainless steel AiSi316. The control of all processes is performed by a programmable controller SIEMENS.
