Automatic line for cleaning liquids and shampoo filling
Automatic production line is designed for filling shampoo, balsam, cleansing cream, cream and others in bottles, cans and jars. This is the best solution of automatic dosage, capping and labeling, which guarantees high performance, flexibility and economic efficiency. All information about every single bottle or jar – speed of suction and dosage of the material, law of motion of the filling needles, the position of individual modules and others are stored in the memory of the controller. Filling of bottles is performed from the bottom upwards. This ensures high speed filling of foaming liquids, such as shampoos or cleaning liquids. The built-in CIP system contributes to quick change of the product which has to be filled. A set of satellites ensures operation with 12 (24) different types of bottles on the same line.
The lines are module based. The basic configuration consist:
Control station
Filling station (4 to 12 needles)
Electromagnetic vibratory bowl feeder for automatic feeding of the caps
Capping station (4 to 8 heads)
Transfer to labeling machine
Transport system with satellites
Options:
Electromagnetic vibratory bowl feeder and robot for automatic feeding of the bottles, cans or jars
Pneumatic or electro- driven manipulator for transfer to the labeling machine
Labeling machine with labeling applicators from COLLAMAT (Schwizerland) or HERMA (Germany) for self-adhesive labels on vertical, inclined cylindrical and conical surfaces.
