Homogenizing systems – next generation

The next generation of homogenizing system is designed for obtaining a product with a high level of homogeneity. All parameters and consistency of the process are saved in the memory of controller – temperature of heating and cooling, times for mixing and homogenizing, weight and volume of input materials. The system automatically control all process parameters – temperature of input materials in all vessels, weight in smelting vessels, incoming quantity of liquid materials. Lightly adjustable of speed of all anchor mixers and homogenizing heads is possible. It also reads the amount and types of solid materials with barcode scanner and compared all measured parameters with choosen recipe in the memory. All homogenizers are connected in a local network with main computer that can monitor or manage all actions and it can also lead in individual recipes. All process parameters are automatically saved in a file that is available for viewing anytime. The main computer is connected to another network or INTERNET and operation of homogenisers can be observed remotely.
