Machine for packaging pillows

PURPOSE:

The machine is designed for packing pillows in PET bags. It is based on mechanical elements of “BOSCH” – Germany. It consists of the following modules:

infeed transport system for resizing;

E

Travelling dual-channel cartridge;

E

Two outgoing transport systems with vacuuming (extrusion) products and sticking.

The control of all processes is performed by a programmable controller SIEMENS / S7-200.

Different number of pillows in each bag;
