Automatic machine for filling cream in PVC or glass jars
The machine is designed for filling cream in jars. It is based on rotary indexing table. Jars and caps are loaded manually on infeed conveyor system. The movement of dosage needle, dosage process and vertical motion of screwing cap is performed by servodrives. Special protective aluminum foil is placed by manipulator on the jar and stick by induction sealing. All parts which contact with product are made of stainless steel AiSi316. The control of all processes is performed by a programmable controller SIEMENS.
