Flexible automatic line for filling liquid and semi-liquid products
New generation automatic line embodying the latest trends in industrial production, which is large-scale, but flexible. The line is quickly re-adjustable and provides opportunities for operation with a wide variety of bottles with different volumes, different products and labels. It permits the continuous introduction of new types of packing. All the information about every type of bottle is saved in the controller’s memory. This permits the readjustment of the line in the shortest time. The data to be entered in the memory includes 23 parameters for every type of bottle: Suction and dosing speed; Law of motion of filling nozzles; Positioning of different modules for every type of bottle etc. Filling of bottles is performed from the bottom upwards. This ensures high speed filling of foaming liquids, such as shampoos or cleaning liquids. The built-in CIP system contributes to quick change of the product which has to be filled. A set of satellites ensures operation with 12 (24) different types of bottles on the same line.
The construction of the automatic line incorporates up-to-date components manufactured by leading companies well-known world-wide : controller (SIEMENS), geared motors (SEW EURODRIVE), low voltage equipment (TELEMECANIQUE), servo controllers and motors (REXROTH BOSH) pneumatics (FESTO or SMC).
The lines are module based. The basic configuration consist:
Filling unit (4 - 12 filling nozzles)
Unit for orientation and placing of caps.
Closing unit (4 -8 screwing heads)
Transfer unit (to the conveying system of the labeling machine)
Transport system with satellites

Options:
Semi-automatic feeding of bottles – they are loaded on transport system and transfer to filling machine by manipulator.
Automatic feeding: plastic bottles are dumped in the feed bin, where they are orientated automatically and fed to the inlet of the automatic line.
Labelling machine with label applicators, manufactured by COLLAMAT (Switzerland) for all types of self-adhesive labels. Labelling is possible on vertical, inclined, cylindrical and conical surfaces.
Packing in cardboard boxes and palletising.
